Abstract

Children aged 3-4 years experience rapid growth in physical, cognitive, social and emotional aspects. This golden phase is a crucial time in forming the basis of child development, including language skills. This research is based on the understanding that providing the right attention and stimulus in early childhood can form a strong foundation for children's personal development in the future. The research approach used descriptive qualitative method with literature study. Language characteristics include mastery of phonemes and syntax, participation in conversation, and consistency in using complete sentences. Storyboards are used as a visual tool to design simple stories, encourage children to tell their own stories, develop speaking skills, practice pronunciation, develop writing skills, understand story structure, and stimulate imagination creativity. Parents and teachers have such an important role in supporting the use of storyboards as a language development tool. By providing pictures and stories that match the child's interests.
