Abstrak

Penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) di gudang PT TTT Indonesia perlu dianalisis untuk memastikan lingkungan kerja yang aman, khususnya dengan menggunakan pendekatan kaizen 6S. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan K3 di gudang PT TTT Indonesia menggunakan prinsip-prinsip kaizen 6S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke, Safety). Menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Penerapan K3 berjalan cukup baik dengan dampak positif berupa pengurangan risiko kecelakaan kerja, peningkatan tata letak dan kebersihan area kerja, serta kesadaran dan kepatuhan karyawan terhadap prosedur K3. Namun, masih terdapat kekurangan seperti kurangnya pemeliharaan fasilitas dan pelatihan K3 yang memadai. Mengidentifikasi aspek spesifik yang memerlukan perbaikan dalam penerapan K3 di gudang melalui pendekatan kaizen 6S, serta memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk peningkatan lebih lanjut. Rekomendasi seperti pemeliharaan rutin fasilitas K3, peningkatan pelatihan dan sosialisasi K3, serta penguatan implementasi kaizen 6S diharapkan dapat meningkatkan standar K3, menciptakan budaya kerja yang lebih aman, dan meminimalkan potensi risiko di perusahaan.

The implementation of occupational safety and health (OHS) in the PT TTT Indonesia warehouse needs to be analyzed to ensure a safe working environment, especially by using the kaizen 6S approach. This study aims to analyze the implementation of OHS in the PT TTT Indonesia warehouse using the principles of kaizen 6S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke, Safety). Using a qualitative descriptive method, data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The implementation of OHS went quite well with positive impacts in the form of reducing the risk of work accidents, improving the layout and cleanliness of the work area, and employee awareness and compliance with OHS procedures. However, there are still shortcomings such as lack of facility maintenance and adequate OHS training. Identifying specific aspects that require improvement in the implementation of OHS in the warehouse through the Kaizen 6S approach and providing strategic recommendations for further improvement. Recommendations such as routine maintenance of OHS facilities, increasing OHS training and socialization, and strengthening the implementation of kaizen 6S are expected to improve OHS standards, create a safer work culture, and minimize potential risks in the company.
