This research analyzes fabrication project scheduling and acceleration using the Critical Path Method (CPM) and Earned Value Measurement System (EVMS). This research identifies critical paths through the CPM approach and proposes project acceleration plans. The research results show that with the implementation of EVMS, there needs to be a better match between plans and realization, which leads to delays. This research contributes to developing an acceleration strategy that can reduce delays and improve project performance. The conclusions of this research suggest implementing an integrative approach of CPM and EVMS to improve overall fabrication project management.
