Integrasi kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam desain aplikasi seluler dalam perkembangan era ekonomi digital menjadi semakin mendesak, mendorong perhatian penelitian terhadap evolusi konsep dan dampaknya terhadap pengalaman pengguna. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara kritis kondisi terkini dari integrasi AI dalam aplikasi seluler, membahas pertimbangan etis, adaptabilitas pengguna, dan implikasi terhadap ekonomi digital. Metode penelitian melibatkan tinjauan komprehensif terhadap literatur yang ada, mencakup studi mengenai antarmuka yang didorong AI, mekanisme umpan balik pengguna, dan dampak transformatif AI pada alur kerja pengembangan aplikasi seluler. Temuan mengungkapkan hubungan yang rumit antara integrasi AI dan keterlibatan pengguna, menekankan pentingnya pengalaman personal dan praktik desain etis. Kebaruan dari tinjauan ini terletak pada sintesis holistiknya, memberikan pemahaman mendalam terhadap arah penelitian masa depan, termasuk pertimbangan budaya, keberlanjutan dalam desain AI, dan potensi kolaboratif antara manusia dan AI dalam membentuk pengalaman digital di masa depan.
The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in mobile application design in the developing digital economy era is becoming increasingly urgent, driving research attention to the evolution of the concept and its impact on user experience. This study aims to critically examine the current state of AI integration in mobile applications, discussing ethical considerations, user adaptability, and implications for the digital economy. The research methods involved a comprehensive review of existing literature, including studies of AI-driven interfaces, user feedback mechanisms, and the transformative impact of AI on mobile application development workflows. Findings reveal a complex relationship between AI integration and user engagement, emphasizing the importance of personalized experiences and ethical design practices. The novelty of this review lies in its holistic synthesis, providing deep insight into future research directions, including cultural considerations, sustainability in AI design, and the collaborative potential between humans and AI in shaping future digital experiences.
