<p>Organic waste can be reprocessed into compost. Compost can be made using several methods. One composting method is the Takakura method. This method has advantages compared to other methods, namely 1) it is practical, does not require a large location, the basket can be placed anywhere as needed, 2) it is easy because the waste is <br />only put and buried in the composter, 3) it does not smell, because the process is through fermentation, not rotting. The aim of holding this training is to increase students' knowledge and skills in managing organic waste into compost so that they can reduce the amount of waste and create a cleaner andhealthier environment. <p>Currently, there are many problems regarding the quality and safety of products that can endanger consumers. GMP (<em>Good Manufacturing Practices</em>) is a fun way in the form of application in the food processing industry to guarantee and ensure the safety and quality of the products produced. The purpose of this community service is to conduct training application (<em>Good Manufacturing Practices</em>) of GMP on CV. Pawon Ibun in order to prepare for Food certification CV. Pawon Ibun is a business engaged in food processing that specifically produces MPASI for baby and toddlers. In addition to the aim of obtaining food certification, another objective of the training and assistance provided to workers is to provide an understanding of the importance of GMP and be able to apply it during the production process, so that CV. Pawon Ibun is able to produce safe and quality processed food. The research method used is a qualitative approach and survey methods are also used in data collection. Implementation starts from training, mentoring and also evaluation. Based on the survey results, it can be seen that the employees of CV. Most of Pawon Ibun did not know about and had not received training on GMP. And after receiving training, they are able to understand the concepts, objectives, and benefits of GMP and are able to apply them during the production process. That way, CV. <p>Education on HACCP conducted at CV. Pawon Ibun Tuban, East Java aims to provide basic capital in the implementation of HACCP. The activity was carried out from August to November with several stages of implementation. The methodology of implementing this training activity is by using a qualitative analysis in the form of a quiz given to CV. Pawon Ibun employees to measure the success rate of education that has been conducted. The steps taken to facilitate the implementation of educational activities on HACCP start from the preparation stage, implementation stage, evaluation stage and mentoring stage. The results of the methodology stages carried out in the form of questionnaire are the need for assistance in the intensive implementation of HACCP because there are several aspects that still need to be improved.</p>Awanda Winar FitrianaRatna YulistianiNur Aini FauziyahMoch. <p>Waste is one of the causes of environmental problems, especially plastic waste. Therefore, education is carried out regarding knowledge about waste and waste utilization to minimize the accumulation of plastic waste. The aim of this education is so that high school students have environmental awareness and are able to be creative in utilizing surrounding waste to make environmentally friendly products that have high economic value. This education was carried out using a presentation method regarding waste materials and examples of waste utilization, namely coconut fiber waste which has the potential to be used as a strengthening material in the manufacture of biodegradable plastic. <p>This article discusses assistance in writing scientific work for Religious Counselors at the Ministry of Religion of Mojokerto City, which was held on 13 – 14 May 2024 with a total of 27 people. Scientific writing is writing that discusses a problem based on the results of investigations, observations, data collection obtained from research (in the field or in the laboratory) or literature review which is based on logical and empirical scientific thinking (methods). Religious instructors have an important role in providing religious guidance to the community. The 2024 Religious Counselor Award is the right momentum to appreciate and encourage increasing the capacity of religious counselors in this matter. Therefore, this scientific writing assistance program was held to facilitate and guide religious instructors so that they can produce quality scientific papers. This mentoring methodology is carried out through several stages, namely: Basic Training: Providing basic training regarding scientific writing techniques, use of references, and the structure of scientific writing. Intensive Guidance: Provide intensive guidance through individual and group consultation sessions, discussing concepts, methodology and data analysis. Periodic Evaluation: Conduct periodic evaluations of the development of scientific papers being prepared by religious instructors. Completion of Work: Providing final input and corrections to improve scientific papers before submitting them in competitions. The activity of assisting scientific writing for religious instructors at the Mojokerto City Ministry of Religion is part of strengthening careers and performance which will later be prepared for the Extension Counselor Award level in 2024.
