The development of the digital creative industry has increased the number of digital illustrators in Indonesia, but most still face limited workspace and lack ergonomic workstations. This condition results in work discomfort and less ergonomic postures. This study aims to redesign a digital illustrator workstation that can accommodate limited space while still considering ergonomic and comfort aspects. The study used a mixed method through observation, interviews, documentation, anthropometric analysis, and design evaluation using a visual questionnaire with 30 respondents. The results showed that the designed workstation has adjustable, sliding, foldable, and portable features, making it more flexible for use in limited spaces. Based on the evaluation of ergonomic aspects, space efficiency, stability, ease of storage, and aesthetics, the third design alternative received the highest preference level at 57%. This design was chosen because it has height adjustments, arm support bases, and a more stable structure compared to other alternatives. The resulting workstation has the potential to increase the comfort and efficiency of digital illustrator workspace use. This study contributes to the development of ergonomic product designs that are adaptive to user needs, while testing for increased productivity still requires further research.
