Strategi dan Mengatasi Tantangan dalam Pengajaran di Sekolah Dasar

The dynamics of interaction between teachers and students with various characteristics, as well as how spiritual values are integrated in education. The purpose of this study is to understand more about effective teaching practices in primary schools and provide recommendations for improving the quality of teacher education. The method used was a case study with a qualitative approach, where data were collected through direct observation, interviews and personal reflection during the field practice period. The main data sources were daily notes, reflections on teaching activities, and responses from teachers and students at MI An-Nahdliyin. The results showed that patience, empathy, and courage are important qualities that prospective teachers should develop in facing various teaching challenges. In addition, this study emphasizes the importance of a holistic approach to education by paying attention to spiritual as well as academic aspects of teaching.
