Abstrak

Education is one of the critical aspects in shaping children's character and intelligence. The educational process involves not only the transfer of knowledge but also the social and emotional development of students. This research examines issues related to the importance of understanding the dynamics of child psychology in the educational process to improve the effectiveness of learning in elementary schools. The aim is to explore how teaching experience can influence the understanding and application of child psychology theories by prospective primary school teachers. The research method used was a qualitative approach through a case study of teaching experiences that included observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The results showed that a teaching approach that considers students' individual psychological needs can significantly improve learning interactions and outcomes. The main contribution of this research is the outlining of the importance of integrating teaching practice experiences in teacher education, which supports the application of child psychology theory.
