Strategi Pembelajaran Berbasis Motivasi: Kombinasi Intrinsik dan Ekstrinsik untuk Kesuksesan Akademis

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi interaksi antara kedua jenis motivasi ini dalam mendukung pencapaian belajar. Dengan menggunakan metode systematic literature review (SLR) dan protokol PRISMA, analisis dilakukan terhadap literatur yang relevan hingga Desember 2024, diperoleh dari Google Scholar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik mendorong keterlibatan aktif dan pemahaman mendalam, sementara motivasi ekstrinsik efektif meningkatkan semangat belajar, terutama bagi siswa dengan minat rendah. Kombinasi keduanya, ditambah dengan dukungan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, terbukti secara signifikan meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa. Implikasi penelitian ini menyoroti perlunya pendidik mengembangkan metode pembelajaran yang memaksimalkan kedua jenis motivasi tersebut untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih efektif.
This study explores the interaction between these two types of motivation in supporting learning achievement. Using the systematic literature review (SLR) method and the PRISMA protocol, an analysis was conducted on relevant literature up to December 2024, obtained from Google Scholar. The study results indicate that intrinsic motivation encourages active engagement and deep understanding, while extrinsic motivation effectively increases learning enthusiasm, especially for low-interest students. The combination of the two, coupled with the support of a conducive learning environment, has significantly improved students' academic achievement. The implications of this study highlight the need for educators to develop learning methods that maximize both types of motivation to create a more effective learning experience.
