HUBUNGAN KETERCAKUPAN KEMAKNAAN ADJEKTIVA BAHASA MADURA DI KABUPATEN SUMENEP (Studi Relasi Semantik Hiponimi)

Abstract

This research discusses the relation of Madurese meaning which is focused on hypernimi and
hyponim. The purpose of this study is to describe the relation of hypermini and hyponym
meaning to adjectives in Madura in Sumenep Regency. The method used in this study is a
qualitative descrptive method with data collection techniques using the listening method and
proficient method. The results of this study include; hyponimi in singular adjectives and
adjectives affixed in Madura. The subjects of this study were the Madurese language community
in the Sumenep district mainland. With this research, it is hoped that the vovabulary of the
Madurese language will remain and be maintained as the local wisdom of the Madurese
community, especially in Sumenep.
