<p><em><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">E-commerce telah berkembang pesat dan menjadi pilihan utama konsumen, termasuk dalam bisnis digital printing. Pelayanan admin yang cepat, jelas, dan tanggap menjadi faktor penting untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh layanan admin e-commerce terhadap kemajuan bisnis digital printing, dengan fokus pada kecepatan respon, kejelasan informasi, dan sikap pelayanan dalam meningkatkan penjualan, jumlah pelanggan tetap, dan loyalitas pelanggan. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, sampel diambil melalui teknik simple random sampling dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan SPSS dengan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan admin e-commerce berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemajuan bisnis digital printing. Hasil uji t menunjukkan t_hitung = 3,955 > t_(tabel) = 1,313 dengan signifikansi 0,000 yang menunjukkan bahwa layanan yang cepat dan informatif dapat mempercepat pertumbuhan bisnis. Kualitas layanan admin juga meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan, dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,530. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya layanan admin dalam mendorong perkembangan bisnis digital printing.</span></span></em></p>Rizki AmbarwatiAfifatus Sholikhah

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kepuasan kerja, stres kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap niat <em>turnover</em> di <em>Agnes Beauty</em> Center Wonosobo. Metode yang digunakan adalah total sampling terhadap 37 karyawan pada tahun 2023. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS Statistics v.23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja, stres kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat turnover karyawan. Namun, penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan. Beberapa responden tidak memberikan jawaban yang akurat, kurangnya minat terhadap penelitian, serta pemahaman yang rendah terhadap pertanyaan yang diajukan mengakibatkan data yang sulit diolah. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, disarankan agar sampel diperluas untuk mencakup lebih banyak karyawan dan mempertimbangkan variabel lain yang mungkin memengaruhi kinerja, seperti fasilitas dan lingkungan kerja yang lebih baik. <p>Studi ini bertujuan untuk menilai dampak ekuitas terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil Innova Reborn di PT. Dunia Barusa Batoh. Desain penelitian yang diterapkan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik non-probability sampling, dan metode yang digunakan untuk mengambil responden adalah Accidental Sampling. Metode analisis data yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu regresi linier ganda dan ujian t. Berdasarkan analisis data uji t, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kesadaran merek memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil Innova Reborn di PT. Dunia Barusa, asosiasi merek memberikan pengaruh negatif yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil Innova Reborn PT Dunia Barusa, persepsi kualitas memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil Innova Reborn PT Dunia Barusa, serta loyalitas merek memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil Innova Reborn PT Dunia Barusa.</p>Rahmat HidayatAfifatus Sholikhah

<p><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p>This research discusses the application of the Android-based Buku Warung application to digitize bookkeeping at Ting One Drink MSMEs in Medan. This application increases the efficiency of recording transactions, managing stock, and preparing financial reports. By reducing recording errors and speeding up the reporting process, this application also increases transparency and accountability. The research results show that business owners can make data-based decisions more quickly, focus on product development, and increase productivity. This digitalization of bookkeeping contributes to the ability of MSMEs to compete in the modern market and supports business sustainability. In addition, this research highlights the importance of technology in supporting the growth and development of MSMEs, and provides insight into how digital applications can be an effective tool in improving business performance.</p>Khoiriah Fitri Fitri

<p>Electronic Dance Music or what we usually know as (EDM) is a genre of music that applies electronic technology to produce musical compositions dominated by dance rhythms and synthetic sounds. Since its emergence at the end of the 20th century, EDM has grown rapidly and includes various subgenres such as house, techno, trance, dubstep, and drum and bass. Using devices such as synthesizers, drum machines, and digital music production software, EDM creates dynamic and energetic audio experiences, often produced for consumption in nightclubs, music festivals, and digital platforms. EDM is not only an integral part of global music culture, but also influences social trends, consumer behavior, and the entertainment industry at large. Due to the rapid technology in this era, someone can easily make music (EDM) on their laptop or PC, but even so, there are things that need to be considered when someone has made music (EDM), namely marketing their work to the public, which is marketing something. The results we make or produce are an important aspect where if we don't market something we make then no one will enjoy or feel the results or work we make. Marketing a product or work requires several rules and attention as well as strategies so that the marketing achieves satisfactory and successful results. The aim of this research is to discuss the importance of careful marketing planning in supporting the successful marketing of works of art, as well as examining the various approaches used by music producers to market their work independently effectively in the digital era. The research that I use uses interview and documentation research, the research method is descriptive qualitative research, where I as a researcher try to describe the phenomena observed in a detailed and systematic way and provide a more holistic insight into the topic being researched with a source as a producer. <p><em>Segara Kidul Temple in Nusa Penida is a religious tourism destination with significant historical and spiritual value, offering great potential to support the local economy. However, the development of tourism in this area still faces several challenges, such as limited infrastructure, ineffective promotional strategies, and low community participation in tourism management. This study aims to analyze optimization strategies for developing Segara Kidul Temple tourism as an effort to promote the destination and strengthen the local economy. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods including interviews, observations, and literature studies, while also utilizing SWOT analysis to evaluate internal and external factors affecting tourism development. The findings indicate that improving accessibility, optimizing digital marketing strategies, and empowering the local economy through culturally based businesses are key strategies to enhance tourism appeal and community welfare. Furthermore, the implementation of sustainable tourism principles is essential to maintain a balance between economic, social, and environmental aspects in managing Segara Kidul Temple tourism.
