The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the application of the Problem Based Learning model and the improvement of learning outcomes of Hindu Religious Education with Sad Ripu material through the Problem Based Learning model for the sixth grade students of Pucang 1 Elementary School. This research uses Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research subjects were 15 grade students. Data collection techniques using test and non-test techniques. Data collection was analyzed using quantitative and qualitative techniques. The results showed that student learning outcomes in the pre-cycle obtained a percentage of 33%, increased in cycle I by 73%, and increased in cycle II by 93%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the application of the Problem Based Learning model is proven to improve learning outcomes of Hindu Religious Education with Sad Ripu material in grade VI Pucang 1 Elementary School.Desak Ketut Karini

This study aims to determine the improvement of physical education learning outcomes through the modification of the relay running game for the sixth grade students of Kalanganyar Elementary School. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research subjects used were 35 students. The data collection techniques used test techniques, observation, documentation, and field notes. Data analysis techniques were carried out quantitatively and qualitatively. The results showed that the learning outcomes of students in the pre-cycle run was 34% with an average value of 64 increased in the first cycle to 74% with an average value of 74 and increased very significantly in the second cycle to 91% with an average value of 90. Based on these results it can be concluded that the modification of the relay running game can improve the learning outcomes of Physical Education for the sixth grade students of Kalanganyar Elementary School.Mei Mintriarti

The purpose of this study was to improve learning outcomes for the development of religious values in prayer material through the Educational Game Tool (EGT) for group B students DWP Trompoasri Kindergarten. This study used Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the Kemmis & Mc Taggart model through repeated cycles including planning, implementing action, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were students in group B totaling 23 respondents. Data collection techniques using test techniques, observation, field notes, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used quantitative and qualitative techniques. The results showed that the learning outcomes of the development of religious values in the prayer material of group B students in the pre-cycle were 43%, increased in cycle I by 74%, and increased significantly in cycle II by 91%. The conclusion is that the use of Educational Game Tools (APE) can improve learning outcomes in the development of religious values in prayer material for group B students at DWP Trompoasri Kindergarten.Lutfiyah

The purpose of this study is to examine the correlation of teacher’s certification and supervision program towards the teacher’s performance. This study used a quantitative approach. A questionnaire is de-veloped and distributed to a stratified random sample consists of 60 teachers who have been certified that was spread across 10 Senior High Schools at Sidoarjo Indonesia. The responses are processes and analyzes by using the statistical tools viz., ANOVA, the Correlation Analysis, Multiple Regression and structural equation modeling. SEM was attempted and after methodical analysis, it is prove that both the Exogenous and Endo-genous factors fits in GOOD FIT model. The results shows that it have significant correlation supervision program toward teacher’s performance (P = 0.01). Certification programs have significance correlation toward the teacher’s performance (P = 0.01); mutual correlation yielded R (0827) showed that there is a good correlation. The number of determination coefficient (R Square) 0685 means that the two predictor variables i.e., supervision and certification program, could explain 68.9% correlation towards the performance of the senior high school teachers. Therefore, it is concludes that there is a significant correlation between supervision and certification program towards the performance of senior high school teachers at Sidoarjo Regency.Ristiwi Peni

<p>This study reported the staging of process on developing a mobile application for real-time data management information system on monitoring and feedback in early child education, it can help tracking child education and assist teacher in monitoring and feedback on child services. A study was carried out to gather necessary information through data mapping, in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, document reviews, application development, direct entry in the field using mobile development, application testing and analysis that was conducted on for 145 children. To obtain a full picture on early childhood education, data on childhood education shall be mapped and linked in one application. We introduce a mobile app to systematically compile the individual as well as group data (i.e. village or district profiles) across different aspects of child life, ranging from early child education. Using a tablet PC or mobile phone, data could be easily entered at anytime by the person. Due to still poor infrastructure at the grass root level, the system also allows a safety store offline that could automatically link to server when network connection is available. The immediate data entry will provide real-time data report that could be accessed by any relevant stakeholders at any levels to response accordingly. However, to avoid misuse of data, the access will also be restricted with a secured login system. Based on the study, this application is easily applicable for real-time monitoring and feedback on early child education.</p>Sudirman
