PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI GURU KELAS PADA PELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA DALAM MENYUSUN RPP DENGAN SUPERVISI DI SDN GEDANGAN TAHUN PELAJARAN 2018/2019

Abstract


The purpose of this study is to improve the competence of classroom teachers in Indonesian language lessons in preparing RPP with supervision in Gedangan Elementary School in the second semester of Gedangan Subdistrict, Sidoarjo Regency, 2018/2019 Academic Year. The conclusion is that using classroom supervision can improve the competence of classroom teachers in Indonesian language lessons in preparing their lesson plans. Evidenced by the results of the assessment through the rubric of the Learning Implementation Plan Assessment Rubric (RPP) of the first cycle of Indonesian language teachers in class VI-A and VI-B received the same score of 98, in the good category and the results of the assessment in the second cycle of class VI-A teachers in Indonesian language lessons scored 120 and class VI-B teachers in Indonesian language subjects scored 123, in the very good category.
