PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK GURU DALAM MELAKSANAKAN LITERASI PADA PEMBELAJARAN MELALUI LESSON STUDY DI SDN LEMAHPUTRO 1 SIDOARJO

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the improvement in teacher pedagogical competence in implementing literacy in learning through Lesson Study at Lemahputro 1 Elementary School. This study uses a School Action Research (SAR) approach. The research subjects were 15 teachers. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and photo documentation. Data collection was analyzed using quantitative and qualitative techniques. The results showed that the teacher's pedagogical competence in carrying out literacy in learning in pre-action was 47%, increased cycle I by 73%, and significantly increased cycle II by 100%. Classically the percentage has increased by 53%. Based on these results it can be concluded that Lesson Study can improve teacher pedagogical competence in carrying out literacy in learning at Lemahputro 1 Elementary School.
