Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the improvement of teacher creativity in making innovative teaching aids through In House Training and to find out the effectiveness of the implementation of the In House Training program at Sumput Elementary School. This study uses a School Action Research design (SAR). The research subjects were 15 teachers. The results showed that the implementation of the In House Training program in cycle I was 79 increased in cycle II by 90. Evidently there was an increase in the results of the implementation of the program by 11. The teacher's creativity in making innovative teaching aids showed that in pre-action by 33%, increased in cycle I by 73%, and increased significantly in cycle II by 93%. Evidently there is an increase in the classical percentage of 60%. Based on these results it can be concluded that the application of In House Training can increase the creativity of teachers in making innovative teaching aids at Sumput Elementary School.
