PENGGUNAAN METODE DEMONSTRASI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PRESTASI HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA TENTANG PENGUKURAN PADA SISWA KELAS III-B SDN PUCANGANOM SIDOARJO

Abstract


The background of this research is the low mathematics learning outcomes of measurement material in class III-B of Pucanganom Elementary School, where students are still passive in learning and many students do not pay attention during math lessons, especially measurement material. The purpose of this study was to be able to improve the achievement of mathematics learning outcomes of measurement material through the demonstration method. The implementation of learning improvement research the subject of this study were students of class III-B with a total of 35 students. From the results of research and data analysis that the value in cycle 1 learning activities is still lacking with an average value of 73 and completeness reaching 60%. In cycle 2 the average value increases to 85 and completeness reaches 88%.
