Abstract


Mathematics is one of the main subjects and compulsory subjects that exist at every level of primary and secondary education. The problems in many aspects of material learning, namely the technical learning used by the teacher is still traditional, so the results of the tests carried out are more students who get grades under the KKM. Therefore, researchers raised the theme with the use of image media. This research is a classroom action research with 2 cycles. This classroom action research uses four cycles, namely planning (planning), carrying out actions (acting), observing (observing) and observing (observing) and reflection (reflecting). The results achieved are 81% or 21 students have increased the ability to understand the material in many ways. While the number of students who did not increase the ability to understand the material in many aspects was as much as 19% of the total number of students or 5 students
