PENGGUNAAN ALAT PERAGA STIK ES CREAM UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA MATERI PERKALIAN SISWA KELAS II-B SDN PUCANG 1 SIDOARJO

Abstract


The difficulty experienced by students of class II-B SDN Pucang 1 Sidoarjo on mathematics subjects is the difficulty in understanding multiplication material. The right model is expected to help students understand multiplication material. Based on these problems, the researchers conducted Classroom Action Research (CAR) using props of ice cream sticks. This research was conducted in two cycles and each meeting was conducted in two hours of study. The average results data in the first cycle is 65 with a percentage of learning completeness of 53.3% while the average in cycle II increases is 81.6 with the percentage of learning completeness of 89.9%. The results of this second cycle also exceed the learning completeness criteria which require an average learning outcome of at least 70 with a percentage of completeness of more than 80%.
