Abstract


Data on the learning evaluation results of class VI-A students at SD Sawotratap 1 in Gedangan Sub-District Sidoarjo Regency The first semester of the 2018/2019 academic year is still below the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) set by the school which is 75. Learning outcomes are indicated with the lowest score of 50 and the highest score of 90, with a mean grade of 68.23. Tujaun this research is to improve the activities and learning outcomes of Civics through the application of the CPTT method with ICT-based learning media for students of class VI-A SDN Sawotratap 1, Gedangan District, Sidoarjo Regency. The results of the study indicate that the CPTT method with ICT-based learning media can improve PKn learning activities of class VI-A students at SDN Sawotratap 1. This can be seen from the increase in student learning activities from the first cycle to the second cycle of 0.81 (20.32%). Overall, students are very active in learning. The results of the study show that the average value of student activity is 81.34% or in the very active category. The conclusion of this study is that the application of the CPTT method with ICT-based learning media can increase the learning outcomes of Civics material in the values of the Pancasila formulation process for class VI-A students at Sawotratap 1 Elementary School in Gedangan District, Sidoarjo Regency. This is evidenced from the completeness of student learning outcomes that are increasing and the average increase in overall student completeness is 2.25 or 6.62%. Based on the average learning outcomes there was an increase of 3.09 and the average student learning outcomes amounted to 78.04.
